What a brilliant company! Superb from start to finish. When I first phoned, I found them friendly and professional. They came around to quote the same day. I appreciated how they were open to discussing the job (I needed a new boiler due to a dead back boiler) and I didn't feel like I was being pushed in any particular direction or rushed. They were patient with my questions and with me dithering over my options. Billy, Peter and Harpreet came across as genuinely enthusiastic and interested in their work, more than anything that was what set them apart - you just knew they cared about doing a decent job. The price was very reasonable and (given the work involved) I was astonished at how quickly they got the job done. The finished job is excellent and the place was left clean and tidy. As I was moving from a gravity fed system to a combi boiler I needed to change the shower in the bathroom. I thought I was being cheeky asking for a few isolation valves to be plumbed in that I could plumb into when changing the shower. To my surprise, they did better than that and actually connected the isolation valves up to the existing shower pipework meaning I only had to change the last 2ft of pipework in the bathroom. This saved me loads of time and is something they didn't have to do. Talk about going above and beyond! Where a problem can be fixed without parts within your one-hour inspection visit, a repair will only cost you £96. If it’s a bigger job requiring specific parts, we’ll give you a no-obligation fixed price there and then to complete the job.

If your boiler requires new parts to get back up and running, don’t worry. We’ll provide you with a clear, upfront quote for the parts needed and explain the repair process. Once we have your approval, we’ll either source the necessary parts right away or schedule a quick return visit to complete the repair.

In cases where the boiler is beyond economical repair due to age or extensive damage, we will offer you an honest assessment. Our team will provide a competitive quote for a brand-new boiler, ensuring you understand all your options before moving forward.
