The clips were broken when he put the parts back on the boiler and was very happy to return and fix the issue. Overall happy and will use them again next year and any other issues arise.

He was a really nice bloke who answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. The service has also sorted out the vibrations coming from my boiler which is a massive benefit.
